Key machines in the PET washing line
Bale opener / belt conveyor
Opens PET bottle bales and feeds bottles evenly to protect downstream machines and keep stable capacity.
Label remover
Removes PVC / paper labels before crushing, reducing label and glue content in final PET flakes for higher selling price.
Crusher
Crushes bottles into uniform flakes with stainless steel contact parts and water spraying for pre-washing and size reduction.
Hot washer
High-temperature washing with caustic solution to remove oil, dirt and strong glue, improving flakes quality for bottle-grade or fiber use.
Friction washer
High-speed friction cleaning to scrub remaining labels, sand and small contaminants attached to PET flakes.
Floating washing tank
Separates PET from PP / PE caps and labels using the float-sink principle, improving flakes purity by density separation.
High speed dewatering machine
Centrifugal drying reduces moisture content to below 1.0% before storage or pelletizing.
Cyclone silo & storage
Conveys dried PET flakes into silos for buffer storage, ready for bagging or feeding to PET pelletizing lines.

Waste PET bottles are first collected and processed through crushing, washing, and separation stages. After removing labels, caps, and impurities, the bottles are cleaned and shredded into uniform PET flakes. These clean PET flakes can be further pelletized or reused directly for manufacturing new plastic products.
